The City of Gastonia's Human Resources Division provides for the professional recruitment and development of the City's employees as well as the administration and enhancement of associated programs. The Human Resources Division is responsible for the City's insurance, loss prevention and safety programs and also provides guidance and staff assistance to the City's managers, its supervisors, its workforce, and to its residents.
