Equipment Services - Equipment Services manages the City's fleet assets and provides a full spectrum of fleet services on approximately 900 pieces of equipment. Equipment Services responsibilities include:
• Collaboration and consultation with internal customers in the use of their fleet assets
• Policy development
• Acquisition/disposal
• Equipment specifications
• Preventative maintenance and equipment repair
• Fleet information and usage analysis
• Warranty management
These functions support all of the departments in the City who provide service to the citizens.
