It is the mission of the City of Gastonia Budget Division to participate in the preparation and maintenance of the City budget and all grant funding; to provide assistance to the City Manager, Assistant City Managers and Departments in developing their individual operating, capital budgets and grants and lending assistance in other related areas; to provide effective and efficient support to all City departments in the areas of purchasing, central stores, printing and document processing; and to provide information to citizens concerning the budget and related issues.
